Yes. If you make a request we will respond within 14 days to the request on how and what cost will be associated with the request. You will be asked to provide identity information at the time to confirm you are who you say. The request is for information that directly pertains to you as an individual (and is not relating to the privacy of another individual, that is, some information could be redacted if it contains sensitivity relating to another individual). This may include transaction history, identity information, photos, videos, or logs of communication, etc. The only way you will be able to obtain this information is via a formal written request (either by letter or email). A fee will be required for the collation of this information that includes staff time and any delivery costs. A fee schedule will be sent to you via email and you must agree and pay to initiate processing of the request.
